For over 100 years, quality and service have been the cornerstones of LC King Mfg. We strive to make every transaction personal and pleasant for our customers. Our return and exchange policy is as liberal as possible to allow the chance to fine-tune your order. Please make sure you have read through these policies and adhere to these procedures for any returns or exchanges you choose to submit.
We will gladly accept a returned item for exchange or refund as long as it meets the following criteria:
- Was purchased within the past 30 days from either the LC King Factory Store or Online store at www.lcking.com
- Is still in its original unwashed state if it was originally an unwashed item
- Shows no signs of wear or use
- Still has all original tags and size markers attached.
- Is not marked as CLEARANCE at the time of sale.
Clearance items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
We guarantee every item made and then sold from LC King Mfg. We believe in our products and stand by the quality of workmanship, craftsmanship, and materials in each and every one. We guarantee the lifetime of each item against failure or damage in its intended usage. Our Guarantee covers:
- Every item for the lifetime of the product
- Failure of workmanship and craftsmanship
- Failure of materials
- Production defects
Our guarantee does not cover general wear and damage caused by accident or by using the item for other than its intended purpose. This includes animal damage, tool damage, damage caused by mishandling via airline or third party shipping companies, extreme wear and third-party alterations made to the item. Likewise, fluctuating fit, abuse of product, and disregard for the product care instructions are not covered. Our Guarantee applies to all LC King items purchased through our Factory Store or Online Store at www.lcking.com.

Returning an Item
If you wish to return an item purchased from www.lcking.com or from our Factory Store, please refer to the instructions on your packing slip. If you do not have the packing slip, please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-826-2510 for instructions.
If you wish to return an item purchased from a LC King dealer, or if you wish to exchange an item that you received as a gift, please contact the original point-of-purchase dealer for instructions.
We will provide a return shipping label for each approved RA# on faulty products or incorrect shipments. Customer must pay return shipping charges for all other returns or exchanges. We will ship exchanges to you at our expense within the U.S. Customers outside of the U.S. are responsible for all shipping charges, duty, and taxes, including returns and exchanges.
Please insure your package for its value.
If you are returning an item to us, please include your RA# approval, email and your full contact information in the package. Your contact information should include your full name, a returns address, daytime telephone number and/or email address. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a pre-approved RA#. Please apply for a RA# from the RETURNS page of our website or call our Customer Service Department at 800-826-2510. Please address your package as follows:
