  • Can I talk with someone?

  • How do I pay?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

    PayPal - Log into your PayPal account for express processing.  Used by over 100 million customers, PayPal is safe, secure and makes your check-out a breeze.  PayPal also offers built-in mobile checkout processing for smartphone customers.

    If you prefer to pay by money order, please call us and we will quote you the amount.  All money orders must be received prior to shipment.We are unable to send items C.O.D.

  • Can I order over the phone?

    If you prefer not to use a credit card on line, please call us Monday - Friday, 10 am to 3 pm Eastern time at (800) 826-2510 and we will gladly take your order over the phone.

  • Is it safe to order using the Internet?

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We ship worldwide.  For all non-US deliveries, we ship using the FedEx International service.  We make every attempt to get our items to you within 2 – 3 weeks.

    Free shipping for orders over $175 does not apply to international shipping.

    Shipping costs are based on current rate tables for the specific carrier.

    The customer is responsible for tariffs imposed by the country of import and are not billed during checkout.

  • Can I ship to a different address?

    During the check-out process, you can enter a Shipping Address which is different from the Billing Address.

  • How do I return or exchange an item?

    If you're not completely satisfied with the item you ordered, we will exchange it or issue a refund.  Just send the merchandise back to us in unwashed/unused condition with original tags still attached within 30 days. Please include a copy of your receipt.

    Send all returns in a manner that it may be tracked during shipment.  We cannot receive returns by C.O.D.
